Like grace after
meals
I thank the universe
for a belly full
of this lunar month
seeds of new
start-ups
growing inside me
bloating me with new
promise
fulfillment
I think about what to
name you
babies of the Moon Mother
offspring of my wild
intuition
knowing
that you join a
family
fertile with wild
abandon
my long cycle of
Moonchildren
silver balloons
that when it comes to
creativity
have no strings.
